I love these tips. I do follow a lot of them. One of the things I don’t do, which is really bad, I don’t eat breakfast before school. I know this is extremely bad and that breakfast is one of the most important meals in the day. But waking up at six in the morning doesn’t really give the appetite to eat. I think it’s way too early to eat and it grosses me out a bit. I sometimes force myself to at least eat a bit of cereal or drink a glass of milk with a protein shake so I at least have something in my body. But it is very hard for me to eat a well healthy breakfast that early in the morning.
