Bender Ball

I came across this workout ball one day as i was watching tv and I became so interested. This little ball allows you to work and sculpt your abs in ways you cant when doing regular crunches on the floor. The positioning of the bender ball allows you to not only do sit ups for ward but it gives you backward motion as well. The bender ball gives you range that your abs crave to get to their full potential. The ball allows you to create isolation , targets certain muscles and creates stability. The bender ball is 48 % more affective than regular crunches. They recetley got one at my gym and i was very happy. Ive been using it quite often and the results i recieve have made me want more and more. The next two days after I work with the bender ball I cannot move my core I am so sore.
