I found this article on shape and I found it to be very interesting . 15 healthy foods to keep in your kitchen at all times. These foods are not only the typical '' healthy'' foods but they give you optimum nutrition. Heres the list!

  1. Yeah i hear Yogurt is good for you but what kinds are the best ? And dang hot peppers haha never heard of that. What other kinds of fish besides salmon is good for you?

  2. There are many things I like from this list. I’m so happy because it will be easier for me to be healthier. Blueberries are my favorite and I heard that they protect you from producing cancer cells. I eat yogurt and oatmeal daily because it’s really good for you.

  3. Wait, wait, wait... What about the egg yolk? What a shame and waste. I look down upon a wasted egg yolk. [; AND buying egg whites separately is much, much more expensive. More expensive AND you don't even get the good part. No fair. >:(
